3.11 My Creations

How to access, search, filter, and download everything you have created in CurricuLLM.

My Creations collects everything you have generated using CurricuLLM — whether through Chat or Studio — into one place. Instead of searching back through old conversations to find that podcast or infographic you made last month, you can go straight to My Creations and find it in seconds.

Who gets it

My Creations is available to staff and administrators only. Students do not see the My Creations link — it is hidden from student accounts.

How to access it

Click your profile avatar in the circle navigation at the bottom of the sidebar. In the menu that opens, click My Creations. This takes you to your personal file library.

What the page looks like

The main landing page shows a responsive card grid of all your creations. Each card displays:

  • A thumbnail preview for visual types (infographics and diagrams show the actual image; podcasts show a play button; other types show an icon matching the type)
  • A type badge (e.g. "Podcast", "Flashcards", "Document")
  • An item count where applicable (e.g. "12 cards" for flashcards, "5 questions" for quizzes)
  • The title and optional description
  • A relative timestamp (e.g. "2 days ago")
  • Action buttons: View (opens in a new tab), Open in Chat or Open in Studio (links back to the source conversation), and Download

Searching and filtering

The sidebar provides three filter controls:

Search

Free-text search across file titles and descriptions. Start typing to narrow down your results instantly.

Type filter

A dropdown to show only one content type:

  • All Types (default)
  • Podcasts, Documents, Presentations, Flashcards, Quizzes, Infographics, Diagrams, Animations

Time range

A dropdown to filter by when you created the content:

  • All Time (default)
  • Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last year

All filters update the URL, so filtered views are bookmarkable and shareable. A Clear Filters button appears whenever any filter is active.

Scrolling through your library

The grid uses infinite scroll rather than page numbers. It loads 24 files at first. As you scroll down, the next batch loads automatically when you get near the bottom. You never need to click "next page."

What you can do with each file type

Each card offers actions based on what kind of file it is:

  • Podcasts — An inline audio player with play/pause, a timeline scrubber, and a time display. Only one podcast plays at a time across the page. You can also download the audio file.
  • Infographics — A thumbnail preview is shown on the card. Click View to open the full image in a new tab. Click Download to save it.
  • Diagrams — Same as infographics — thumbnail on the card, with View and Download options.
  • Documents — Click Download to save the document to your computer.
  • Presentations — Click Download to save the presentation file.
  • Flashcards — Click View to open the flashcard set. The card shows the number of cards in the deck (e.g. "12 cards"). Download is also available.
  • Quizzes — Click View to open the quiz. The card shows the number of questions (e.g. "5 questions").
  • Animations — Shown with a type icon. Click View to watch the animation.

Opening the original conversation

Every card that was created within a conversation also has an Open in Chat or Open in Studio link. This takes you back to the exact conversation where the content was generated, so you can iterate on it, see the context you gave the AI, or create a variation.

Empty state

If you have not created anything yet, the page shows a friendly message:

No files yet — Create content in Chat or Studio to see it here.

How files get into My Creations

Files are not manually uploaded. They appear automatically whenever you create content through:

  • Chat — asking the AI to create a podcast, document, infographic, flashcard deck, quiz, or diagram
  • Studio — using the Studio workspace to generate presentations, documents, infographics, animations, and more

You do not need to save or export anything manually. If you created it in CurricuLLM, it is in My Creations.

Tips

  • Use the type filter to quickly find all your podcasts, all your quizzes, or all your infographics without scrolling through everything.
  • Use the time range filter to find something you made recently — "Last 7 days" is great for finding work from this week.
  • Use Open in Chat/Studio to revisit the conversation that produced a file. This is useful if you want to refine it or create something similar.
  • The search bar searches titles and descriptions, so giving your creations clear, descriptive titles when you create them makes them easier to find later.

Summary

My Creations gives you a single, organised view of everything you have built with CurricuLLM. Search, filter, preview, download, and jump back to the original conversation — all from one page.
