Classroom Poster — Secondary

Print this A4 poster and display it in your classroom. It sets clear expectations for how students should engage with CurricuLLM.

Using CurricuLLM

This isn't ChatGPT. Here's how to use it properly.
01

Explain your thinking

Don't type one-word answers. Say what you think and why. "I think it's exothermic because the temperature increased" gives CurricuLLM something to work with. "Exothermic" doesn't.

02

It won't give you the answer

That's the point. It's designed to make you think, not hand you a finished product. If it asks you a question back, that means it's working.

03

Push back

If you disagree, say so. If you think there's another way to look at it, bring it up. The best learning happens when you challenge ideas, not just accept them.

04

Be honest about what you don't know

"I have no idea where to start" is a valid thing to type. CurricuLLM will break it down for you. Pretending you understand when you don't wastes your time.

05

Question it

No AI is perfect. If something doesn't seem right, flag it. Being able to critically evaluate what AI tells you is one of the most important skills you can build.
