1.7 Giving Feedback
How to rate responses to help improve CurricuLLM.
You can tell CurricuLLM if an answer was helpful or not by clicking the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons.
Thumbs Up 👍
- Click the thumbs up on an AI message if the answer is clear, useful, or correct.
- A small check mark will show that your feedback was saved.
Thumbs Down 👎
- Click the thumbs down if the answer is unhelpful, confusing, or wrong.
- You'll also see a check mark showing the feedback was saved.
Why This Helps
- Feedback makes CurricuLLM better over time.
- Both teachers and students help improve accuracy by giving feedback.
- Thumbs feedback is monitored by the CurricuLLM team to surface patterns and concerns.
Raising a concern
The thumbs down button is useful for flagging individual responses that are unhelpful, inaccurate, or inappropriate. However, if you have a wellbeing concern, a safety issue, or something that needs a human response, talk to your teacher. Teachers and school staff have the relationship, context, and duty of care to respond appropriately. CurricuLLM is designed so that student concerns — particularly anything wellbeing-related — flow through schools rather than directly to us. This keeps the adults in students' lives in the loop.
