How to get help with CurricuLLM features, settings, and workflows directly in the chat.
Teachers can ask CurricuLLM questions about how to use CurricuLLM itself — no need to search through help pages or leave the chat.
CurricuLLM has a built-in help system that lets staff ask questions about the platform directly in the normal chat. If you want to know how to set up a class, manage licences, create a quiz, or configure an integration, just ask. CurricuLLM will search its training hub documentation and give you a natural answer with links to the relevant help pages.
There is no special button or mode — just type your question in the chat as you normally would. CurricuLLM will recognise that you are asking about the platform and search for the answer automatically.
Questions about teaching content or curriculum topics are handled by the normal curriculum tools instead:
CurricuLLM knows the difference and routes your question to the right place automatically.
While the search runs, you will see a brief progress indicator — something like "Searching CurricuLLM help for 'creating classes'." This takes just a moment. Then the AI streams its answer using the search results, weaving in relevant information and linking to the most relevant training pages on curricullm.com.
The experience should feel natural — like the AI just knows about CurricuLLM — rather than like you are querying a separate knowledge base.
If you ask about something that does not have a matching training page, CurricuLLM will let you know it couldn't find the answer and suggest you email hello@curricullm.com for support.
This feature is available to staff and administrators only. Students do not see it — their experience stays focused on learning content.
If you ever get stuck on how to do something in CurricuLLM, just ask in the chat. The built-in help system will search the training hub and give you a clear answer with links — no need to leave your conversation.
